Best in value, size, weight, and quality. I use this to run Amaran Cob 60x and it does not disappoint. Easy charging via USB C. Nice button push indicator (I don’t need the minute to minute granular readout). Much more affordable and delivers excellent power over competitors.

Small and Versatile

I’ve been really impressed with this little Moman battery. I have a few similar generic batteries that are near the same price point, but I prefer the Moman for a few reasons. One is that its styling and graphics give it more professional look. Sometimes appearances matters on set. They also function well. To test I put it on a 1×1 led video light at full brightness. It lasted 3hr, which is pretty solid in my opinion. The best features are the USB, USB-C, and Dtap ports on the top. It give it great versatility because allows you can power multiple types of devices. I can power my mirrorless camera pretty much all day through the USB-C port. With the ability to also recharge via USB-C, it makes it easy to find somewhere to charge it on the go. Overall it’s a great small V-mount battery.

Life line

I got this and completely forgotten I had it. I was out do a small shoot, and low and behold the sockets that were normally available not running. So then I remembered that I had a package in my car. I hooked this big guy up to my power distributor plate and immediately back in business. I had a field monitor, a LED bar and a light beam. This battery kept them alive the whole time I needed for about 30-40mins. I didn’t get to run it dry but the battery definitely had some juice left. It was getting cold. This is definitely a tool you want in your arsenal of tricks when you’re out and about.Update: I have the 140 and I also have the 70 which basically is half the power I save the 70 for smaller devices.

Buena elección, pero,…

Pequeña, compacta y con una batería bastante duradera, pero,… Hecho en falta que venga incluido un cable de alimentación para cargarla, ya que después de pagar su valor “económico” comparado con otros, haya que sumarle otros 30€ para comprar un cargador tipo D-tap.

Very Solid 140Wh Micro V-Mount

So for the record, this seems to be a rebrand of the original Swit Mino-S140 battery, as in literally coming off the same line like the Shape Mini V-Mounts are with IndyPro Tools rebrand. I found this battery after already doing a bunch of research to decide my next 150Wh class battery to compliment my Fxlion Nano 2s, and picking the Swit Mino-S140. I unfortunately only found them after have my first Swit on special order for two weeks already considering it’s ~$200 by the time it’s shipped. So far the quality seems identical and once I get my Swit, I will be comparing to see if the cells internally are of the same quality or not to the Swit and will update the review with what I find.

Pas de chargeur !!

J’ai pu profiter de cette batterie pendant un tournage sur une demi journée. En rentrant quelle fut ma surprise quand j’ai vu que je ne pouvais pas la recharger sans acheter un chargeur à part… Au final je suis déçu de la batterie à ce prix là.

Small and powerfull

Used for both of my cameras to power the camera + monitor and small video light. Lasts all day.

USB-A Output is Defective.

I really wanted to love this battery since it checked all the boxes. However, the unit I got had a faulty USB-A output, a feature I rely on as many of my devices still use USB-A. I tried different USB-A devices and cords, but none worked with this battery. In contrast, they worked fine with the USB-A outputs on my decade-old v-mounts. It seems Moman may suffer from the same quality control issues that a lot of these third-party sellers do.

Not the results I was expecting. (Paid CAD$209)

Revised:I saw some reviews claiming 60w lights can last 2 Hours with the Moman 140Wh. My initial results are no where close to that number. Also my package was also missing the USB-C Charging Cable that is mentioned package list.At >99% charge the Moman only displays 1hr19min (100% Brightness). While the ZGCine at >99% charge can last 1h17min (100% brightness).I tested twice having drained the battery and recharging it. Same results.Moman 140Wh powers the Amaran 60x for 1h 19min which is pretty mush the same as the ZGCine 99Wh, except the ZGCine costs less.

Great value on a compact v-mount battery that will power the Lumix S1 through usb-c

I like that it has such good capacity as well as enough current and voltage in the USB-c port to even power my camera through its usb-c port, where most standard v-mount batteries cannot.

Best balance of size and capacity

It’s almost the same size of my other mini 98wh batteries, solid built and good materials very rugged

Powerful output from portable body, versatile output interfaces

The Moman Power 140 Mini V-Lock Battery has a large 140Wh capacity with max load of 150W/12A. The Power 140 is versatile with 4 output interfaces, including USB-C, D-Tap, USB-A and V-Lock (or V-Mount) allowing it to work with broad number of photography and videography equipment, like professional video cameras, LED lighting, strobes, monitors, microphones and other compatible equipment. The USB-C port supports PD and can power more enthusiast equipment along with fast charging your smart phone, table and even a laptop with max output of 65W (20V-2.4A). The USB-A port only support 10W (5V-2A), so no QC3.0 fast charging. D-Tap has max output of 120W/10A and the V-Mount electric pole has max output of 150W/12A, which is also the total output of this battery.The Power 140 is solidly built and weighs 0.7kg. The package is completely barebones so you get the battery itself, but no cables, adapters or even a manual. I don’t mind the minimal waste packaging. While the description states this is FAA approved to bring on as carry-on to flight, you may have to check with the airline for restrictions. For example, Air Canada allows you to bring power banks up to 100Wh, but for camera batteries, you are allowed to bring 2 batteries that don’t exceed 160Wh, but require approval from airline first. I tested the Power 140 with charging and powering various LED lights that power and charge via USB-C just fine. Also tried the D-Tap connector to power an external monitor, using D-Tap to 12V barrel connector and it worked great. Overall, the Power 140 is a portable and solid V-Lock battery with versatile outputs, has plenty of power and capacity.

Fun-size V-Mount battery

V Mount batteries such as this one are a must-have for photographers or videographers that carry strobe lights or continuous lighting kits on the go.The power capabilities of this rather-compact battery are amazing. It does depend on what specific light or gear you are trying to power, however, this battery should be able to perform in most applications.In my case, this battery will be used to power a 60W continuous video light that has RGB capabilities via the d-tap port. Keep in mind for a lot of the lights you may have to purchase adapters and such, however, the cost is worth having the ability to use this gear on the go or set without having to rely on anybody else’s power.As a wedding filmmaker, it is common to not have power ports available in every corner where you need your lights to be placed, so it’s always good to have a backup, meaning having the correct gear. This fits the bill, and I will be using this in future weddings and events.Recommended.

Misleading information – This battery has no USB-C or USB charging input

More than one of the reviews must be for a different product as they are claiming it can be fast charged over USB-C. When I read that, I decided to place my order. However, there are only two options for charging – get a d-tap charger (£25) or a v-mount charger (£££). I’m sure the battery is great but I sent it back and give 3 stars as the reviews are misleading.

The Little Battery that could

Ok so this really is not that small of a battery .. But I had this hooked to a rig with a GH5 for a day and it still had juice at the end of the day. Nice to have this much power to go through a shoot without being tethered to a wall outlet or having to swap batteries. I have a setup that uses a USB-C to GH5 dummy battery (it’s mainly for a GH6 but works fine in a GH5) But it did add some weight which made balancing off. It was hooked to a V-mount adapter that tightens to part of your tripod. Has no way to transmit power so having a PD built into this battery was a great addition as this dummy battery needed at least 20Watts. Good value and a good battery.

Just what I needed

I have this mounted to my light and it works great. So much better than having cables to trip over. The 5 bar power indicator on the side is very handy.

ALL the benefits of A V mount battery at half the size

THis V mount battery has a usb-c & USb mount for fast charging. You can use it for your camera, ipad, monitor, a bunch of different items…. and it charges FAST. This battery is meant tobe used for video cameras to be charged all day long but honestly it has SO many different uses due to it being small enough to fit in your pocket and only 2 lbs.Now when Im not on set this battery is with me all of the time. It’s just two convenient and charges my ipad, phone, & walk around camera WAY to fast.But lets talk about onset. Due to the battery being square instead of rectangle I find the weight distribution for this battery tobe more pleasant. It charges up to full capacity in what feels like less than 2 hours. It is a smaller battery than traditional V mount batteries power wise that is the only downside. But having usb & usb cc built in quicker charging times, & traditional v mount mounts on the battery make this a no brainer for me. A great addition to my run and gun video and still photography projects. This is the rare time that less available power for a battery is actually a GOOD thing. & oxy moron I know. Get this if you need a lighter weight rig and a quick charging batter.y If you need power to shoot long hours over everything get a regular v mount battery but Id still look into this camera brand for their bigger models, first,

Guter Akku und noch besserer Kunden-Support

Ich hatte den Akku bestellt, da die theoretischen Leistungsdaten mit dem Preis eine gute Alternative zu teureren Akkus darstellt. Vor allem der USB-C Anschluss wird gebraucht, da eine Sony FX3 damit betrieben werden soll. Leider wurde ich direkt nach dem auspacken enttäuscht. Ich konnte noch nicht mal den D-Tap Anschluss für die Stromversorgung von Verbrauchern der Kamera am Akku anbringen. Dieser lies sich nicht fest verbinden, da der Anschluss fehlerhaft ist. Die Pinführungen am Akku sind schlicht zu klein produziert. Im Vergleich mal der Fxlion Akku auf dem Bild. Saubere Fertigung und qualitativ deutlich höher angesiedelt, sowie optisch als auch die interne Leistungsfähigkeit, welche nachweislich länger Strom liefert, als dieser Akku hier. Lieber 50-70€ mehr zahlen und keine Kompromisse eingehen. Auf dem Papier sicher ein interessanter Akku, im praktischen Gebrauch muss man Abstriche gegenüber der Konkurrenz machen. Der beste V Mount Akku mit USB C ist dieser hier: https://amzn.to/3ASAm9b__________Nachtrag:Der Verkäufer hat sich der Sache angenommen und für schnellen Ersatz gesorgt, um mich vom Gegenteil zu überzeugen. Das hat er fast komplett geschafft, da es sich tatsächlich um einen Produktionsfehler handelte. Bisher ist der Akku vertrauenswürdig und das Problem mit dem D-Tap gelöst. Der Akku ist etwas größer, als der von mir zuvor genannte Akku der Konkurrenz, aber das ist eher ein optisches Merkmal. Einzig ein kleines “fiepen” ist im Inneren zu vernehmen, wenn man die Statusanzeige eingeschaltet hat. Ich denke aber, dass wird zu verkraften sein, da ein Überblick über die Restkapazität durchaus als vorteilhaft angesehen werden kann.Fazit: Der Hersteller ist um einen guten Kundenservice bemüht und konnte mir helfen. Der Akku ist in seiner Preisklasse empfehlenswert.
